In these times, more than ever it is imperative that we take care of our mental health. With so many factors affecting us on a day to day basis, it can be difficult to navigate our own thoughts and emotions, our relationships, and life events. Sometimes we need a brave space to simply process the challenges in our every day lives as well as work through the bigger issues that might be holding us back. I recognize the importance of this and provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental and trauma informed environment while we work together. I am so honored to be in a position to assist you with taking care of your mental health!

I offer individual psychotherapy rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a relational approach to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am certified as a CBT Skills Coach through Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, bringing advanced training in skill-based interventions that help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based—supporting clients in developing insight, coping strategies, and sustainable tools for growth within the context of their lived experiences.
